My Dear father-in-law passed away this morning.....unexpectedly.
Sleep apnea. He never woke up.

I'm sooo sorry to hear about this, Gem. It's hard enough when you have time to prepare yourself for it. Sleep apnea... that's when you stop breathing while you sleep isn't it? It's funny, last year I'd never heard of such a thing. NOW, I know several people who have this problem.
OH dear. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. :( Hugs to you.. At least you know he left this world, comfortably in his own bed while dreaming. I know it is a shock for all of you however. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Take care, Julie
My best (IRL) friend has sleep apnea. I never thought that she could die in her sleep. I think I'll tell her to sear her sleep anea 'gear' now. So sorry for your loss, but thank you for making us aware these things can happen.
I'm keeping your and your family in my prayers on the smoke. I'm so sorry I haven't been around. Hopefully I'm back in the mix now. Stay safe and loved! (Hugs) Indigo
I am so very sorry. And I'm sorry I didn't know about this until today, but I'm glad I chose to stop by today. I hope that you and all of your family are doing okay. I hope that you've been able to find the peace to get through these past few days. Please take care. Lori
You won't believe this... and it mortifies me to admit it... but I have sleep apnea.
This is usually the province of Big Men... and my doctor was very careful about telling me that it has more to do with my Gallic nose than anything fat/burly.
